Steady, structured support over 12 months.

Monthly 1.5-hour advisory meetings

Advance may suit you if:

• you want regular review and accountability

• you want support to keep agreed priorities moving

• day-to-day work makes it easy for improvement work to slip

• you want an experienced outside view as the business changes

• you want steady progress over time

Advance gives you more time between meetings to implement the work yourself, while still maintaining a consistent review and accountability rhythm.

THRIVE — Accelerate

More frequent support when the business needs to move faster.

6 months
Fortnightly 1.5-hour advisory meetings

Accelerate may suit you if:

• significant change is already underway

• the business is growing quickly

• a major contract or opportunity is creating pressure

• roles, structure or systems need to change

• several priorities need attention at once

• more frequent support will help keep implementation moving

Accelerate provides a tighter implementation and review rhythm, with more frequent advisor involvement to help keep priorities moving.
