It is focused on a specific issue, project or improvement need.
You do not need to complete the Business Programme or One-to-One before using Business Advisory.
It can also be used by businesses that have completed THRIVE and want flexible support as new issues, decisions or projects arise.
How is the work structured?
Business Advisory is flexible.
Depending on the work involved, it may be:
a one-off advisory session
a short piece of project work
a series of meetings over several weeks or months
ongoing one-to-one advisory support
Before we start, we will agree what you need help with and the best way to approach it.
For larger pieces of work, I will set out the proposed scope so you have clarity around what is involved, the expected level of support and the next steps.
