The THRIVE Business Programme is designed for owner-led businesses that want to take a structured look across the whole business, establish clear direction and turn that into practical action.
You work through the THRIVE Business Improvement Approach alongside a small group of other business owners, with individual follow-up and support along the way.
The group format gives you the opportunity to learn from other owners, test your thinking and stay accountable while still applying the work directly to your own business.
Best suited to: owners who value structured support, shared learning and the accountability of a small group environment.
THRIVE — One-to-One
The THRIVE planning journey delivered individually.
THRIVE — One-to-One works through the same core business improvement process as the Business Programme, but with the focus entirely on you and your business.
Over approximately five months, we work through the business in depth, establish clear direction and priorities, and build practical plans for improvement and implementation.
The one-to-one format allows us to work at the pace your business needs, spend more time on the areas that matter most, and work through more complex or sensitive issues in greater depth.
Best suited to: owners who prefer individual support, have more complex circumstances, or need greater flexibility and confidentiality.

Once the direction and plans are clear, the next challenge is implementation.
THRIVE — Accelerate and THRIVE — Advance provide ongoing advisory support, accountability and review to help turn plans into consistent progress and sustained business improvement.
THRIVE — Accelerate
More frequent support when there is significant work to get moving.
6 months | Fortnightly 1.5-hour meetings
Accelerate provides a higher level of implementation support when the business has significant priorities, change or improvement work underway.
We work through issues as they arise, keep priorities moving and help maintain focus and accountability while changes are embedded in the business.
Best suited to: businesses going through a period of active change or owners who need more regular support and accountability.
THRIVE — Advance
Ongoing support to keep the business progressing.
12 months | Monthly 1.5-hour meetings
Advance provides an ongoing monthly advisory rhythm to review performance, work through issues, keep priorities moving and make adjustments as the business develops.
It provides the discipline to continue working on the business while still dealing with the realities of running it.
Best suited to: owners who have established their direction and plans and want ongoing advisory support, challenge and accountability.
