THRIVE Business Programme
A practical small-group programme for owner-led businesses.
The THRIVE Business Programme gives you dedicated time to look properly at your business, work out what needs attention, and build a practical plan for what happens next.
It is structured, practical and designed for business owners who want greater clarity, stronger direction and a practical way to improve how the business runs.
Experienced advisory support, made more accessible
THRIVE gives smaller businesses access to experienced business advisory support that is often only available through one-to-one engagement. By combining structured guidance, practical tools, individual input and peer discussion, the programme makes that support more accessible while still giving each business practical, tailored direction.

Who is the programme for?
The programme may be a good fit if:
too much still depends on you
systems and processes have not kept pace
roles and responsibilities are unclear
there are too many competing priorities
growth is creating pressure
important improvement work keeps being pushed aside
You do not need to have everything figured out before you start.
The programme is designed to help you work through the issues, decide what matters most and create a practical way forward.
What does the programme involve?
The programme runs over approximately 5 months and includes:
8 small-group sessions (fortnightly meetings over a 4 month period)
+ 1 individual Monthly Progress Review (conducted 1 month after completion of the group programme)
Throughout the programme, you will receive progressive reports that capture the key decisions, priorities and plans agreed along the way.
Across the programme, you will work through where the business stands, where you want it to go, what needs to change and what matters most.
Groups are intentionally kept small, with a preference for around six businesses and a maximum of eight.
You will leave with clear priorities, practical plans and a stronger structure for turning them into action.
Business Owner Discussion
Each group session includes time for Business Owner Discussion.
This gives you the chance to raise a current issue, hear how other owners are dealing with similar challenges, and learn from the experience in the room.
Groups are kept small and businesses are non-competing, so owners can speak openly and gain practical insight from each other as well as from the programme.
What do you come away with?
By the end of the programme, you will have:
a clearer picture of where the business stands
clearer direction for the future
agreed priorities
a practical 12-month action plan with key outcomes and priorities to work towards over the year
a focused 90-day implementation plan with clear actions, owners, deadlines and measures
a first Monthly Progress Review
a clearer way to keep progress moving
The aim is not to give you more paperwork.
The aim is to help you make better decisions, implement the right improvements and run the business more effectively.
What participants say about the THRIVE Business Programme
“Paula’s methodology takes you from your long-term vision to where you are now, then helps you work out what the next year needs to look like. You leave with a practical implementation plan, supported by a follow-up one-on-one.
It’s intense and thorough, but it needs to be — the thinking and work are what make it so valuable.”
