Having supportive people alongside you who understand your vision for the business. This ensures you all work toward the same goal.
Knowing your core business and building your business around it. Making sure you focus first and foremost on what you are great at is absolutely crucial.
A positive, growth mindset. Business is challenging. The only limits are the ones you put on yourself.
Team work. Surround yourself with people who compliment your strengths and fill your ‘gaps’ or weaknesses. Small business is demanding - although you may want to be…you simply cannot be everything and do everything - there aren’t enough hours in the day.
Clarity, structure and accountability around systems and processes. This ensures your team all head in the same direction.
Recognising that even from complete devastation, opportunities always emerge. You just need to look hard enough and be willing to make the necessary sacrifices and changes in the short-medium term, to reap the benefits long-term.
Understanding that its not all about the bottom line. Profit is a tool, not the goal. The goal is financial freedom and lifestyle flexibility.

STEP 1: LET’S TALK (complimentary consultation)
The first step is normally the hardest to take so I am making it easy for you. The initial 30 minute consult is free. If you outline what’s on your mind, the key challenges you face and what you would like to achieve, we can discuss the support I can give you to start moving toward your goals .
STEP 2: MINI BUSINESS REVIEW
As small business owners we get bogged down in the day-to-day and struggle to devote time to looking at the bigger picture, so often when we do take the time to quickly put our head up, we find that we either havent moved forward, are going backwards, or we are heading in the wrong direction. And let’s face it…it is hard to see what’s right in front of you that needs addressing when you are so immersed in the business.
A fresh set of eyes can help pinpoint blockages in your business and come up with solutions in just a few short hours, that may take you months or even years to discover on your own.
The In-person consult is based around a short business health assessment which will highlight areas we need to focus on to refine your business. Together we will walk through your business in more detail: What you do? How you do it? What makes your business tick? Where are your pinch points? What do you think is keeping you stagnant? What does your ideal day/week look like and what do we need to do to make that a reality for you? What’s your long-term plan with your business and how do we get there? In this session we will identify where your business needs refining (processes, systems, finance, HR etc) and come up with solutions that you can start implementing to gain momentum in your business today.
Finances are just one piece of the puzzle. Often the real drivers of success are found in your policies, your procedures, your people and the processes that you rely on every day to keep things running.

In-Depth, Hands-On Business Support
This involves a more immersive approach—ranging from a few hours a week to several days, depending on your business needs.
Example: You may have identified specific areas in your business (e.g. cash flow management, bank reporting, process review, or restructuring) where you and your staff need targeted support and guidance over a set period of time.Management Action Plan & Accountability
I will meet you weekly or fortnightly to support you in progressing key initiatives. These sessions are focused on execution—helping you create clarity, get some traction, stay on track, problem-solve, and take decisive action to move your business forward.
Governance, Strategic Planning & Direction
A monthly strategy session to define your business direction, clarify priorities, and establish clear measures of progress. This is about stepping back, assessing the bigger picture, and ensuring you are on the right path.
An Additional Resource (For example a Chief Operating Officer function one day per week)
Your business may need extra resource in an area but not warrant a full-time or even part-time person, but rather a half or full day per week resource for a period of time to implement change and create momentum in your business.
Fees vary: Fees are specific to each business and based on the level of coaching involvement required.
OTHER: PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Have a project — big or small—that you'd love to bring to life but don't have the time or resources to tackle? I can take the lead.
